Job Description:
As the Affiliate Marketing Executive/Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce & Digital for Hawes & Curtis, driving revenue growth across the affiliate marketing programs for Hawes & Curtis, Ghost Fashion, and Finery London.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain the global affiliate programs for Hawes & Curtis, Ghost, and Finery, including commission scheduling and recruitment of affiliates.
- Align affiliate activity with trading requirements, working closely with Trading teams to drive traffic and revenue.
- Develop global exposure plans for key business moments to boost sales.
- Support the Head of Ecommerce and assist the Chief Digital Officers of Ghost and Finery with their affiliate strategies, managing relationships with partners.
- Analyze affiliate KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and recommend improvements.
- Manage the Hawes & Curtis Display Marketing partner, optimizing based on business KPIs, and create display marketing programs for Ghost and Finery.
- Handle ad-hoc influencer, VIP, and press sample management, supporting the Brand Marketing team.
- Assist with influencer and PR events as needed.
- Maintain the affiliate marketing calendar and update creatives in the affiliate network.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within premium fashion, beauty, or interiors brands.
- Experience with affiliate networks like Partnerwise, Rakuten, etc.
- Proficiency with affiliate platforms such as AWIN, Rakuten, Partnerwise.
- Understanding of various affiliate partner types and tools globally, especially in UK, USA, Germany, and Australia.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Confident communicator with stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and a team player.
