Job summary
QinetiQ Limited is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer - Aerospace at our Boscombe Down site. You will provide technical leadership across aerospace programmes, delivering innovative solutions that enhance capability, safety and effectiveness of air systems.
The role involves requirements management, systems integration, test and evaluation, and governance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage with customers, coordinate activities across disciplines plus deliver Technical Delivery
Qualifications
- Strong experience applying systems engineering across the engineering lifecycle.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex programmes.
- Knowledge of military/civil aircraft platforms and subsystems.
- Experience in systems integration, modification, test and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand and decompose requirements.
- Coordinate technical activities across disciplines.
- Develop and deliver Technical Delivery Plans.
- Manage technical risks and support governance activities.
- Support bid and business development through technical solutions.
