Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, high-performing digital solutions for banking clients in the UK. You will lead architectural design using AEM, oversee integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and the Adobe Marketing Cloud, and guide delivery from analysis to deployment.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, run architecture workshops, set governance

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience integrating AEM with CRM, eCommerce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and third-party apps.
• Proven leadership in architecture workshops, blueprints, and reviews.
• Experience with performance optimization, security, deployment automation.
• Ability to mentor development teams and support presales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Adobe-based solutions for banking clients using AEM and related Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Define technical standards, governance, and best practices for AEM implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting; mentor teams and support presales.
