Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Advanced Practitioner Chronic Pain post across Kent Prisons. The role leads highly specialised clinical practice across four pillars of advanced practice and drives delivery of care within the prison and community settings.

The post holder will provide direct patient care, support service colleagues, and develop clinical guidelines in liaison with the clinical lead.

Qualifications

• Advanced practitioner role across four pillars of advanced practice in chronic pain services.
• Lead delivery of clinical care within Kent Prisons and community settings.
• Provide high-level clinical leadership and policy/guideline development.
• Must be able to travel across multiple localities and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in community clinics and secure settings.
• Provide clinical leadership to the Integrated Musculoskeletal service within the secure environment.
• Develop and implement community policies and clinical guidelines to achieve service objectives.
