Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in England is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to provide clinical leadership, proactive assessment and management of patients, ensuring care is evidence-based and aligned with NICE and DH guidance.

You will lead service development with the Clinical Manager and other senior clinicians, supervise junior staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings and maintain 7-day coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead clinical teams and supervise staff.
• Experience of working in mental health and with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of NHS HR processes and recruitment guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Manage a complex caseload of patients with mental health needs.
• Lead service development and policy in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
• Contribute to recruitment and staff induction following policy.
