Job summary

The Hollies Medical Practice in Tamworth is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ideally with a digital badge) for a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Join our busy team at a forward-thinking practice, part of the Mercian network, delivering high-quality care to 15,000 patients.

The successful candidate will have a full MSc and prescriber status at master’s level, with at least 2 years in primary care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years general practice experience.
• Experience of managing common minor illnesses.
• Clinical examination skills.
• Prescribing at masters level.
• Masters in advanced clinical practice.
• UK registration as clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care in a safe, responsible manner.
• Triage acute patients in the surgery environment.
• Attend home visits including residential and nursing homes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Advise on treatment and healthcare for primary care and community patients.
• Refer patients to appropriate care settings as required.
