Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is hiring an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Physical Healthcare Team at Guild Lodge, providing expert assessment and management of physical health conditions within a secure inpatient setting.

The post requires an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, a first degree in a registered health profession and a non-medical prescribing qualification, with at least five years post-qualification experience and strong leadership and teaching

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist assessment and management of physical health conditions.

• Prescribe and review medications as a non-medical prescriber.
• Offer expert clinical advice to ward teams.
