Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust seeks an experienced leader to deliver Advanced Clinical Practice within Care of the Elderly and the Acute Frailty Service. The post holder will provide senior clinical decision-making and oversee care plans for frailty patients, including prescribing where appropriate.

You will work across AMU, ED, elderly wards and community settings, guiding junior staff and ensuring adherence to national guidelines and Trust standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in a relevant clinical specialty.
• Experience in Advanced Clinical Practice and leadership roles.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Advanced Clinical Practice within Care of the Elderly and Acute Frailty.
• Provide senior clinical decision-making and care plans for patients with frailty syndromes.
• Guide junior medical and nursing staff in relevant protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate care across AMU, ED, elderly wards, and community services.
