Service Care is seeking an experienced Adults Senior Social Worker for a short-term contract based in Greater Manchester. The role supports an integrated multidisciplinary team across Willow Bank Lodge and Gorton Hub, with flexible across seven-day rota.

The post requires extensive senior-level experience in Adult Social Care, post-qualifying practice, and registration with Social Work England. You will lead complex caseloads, supervise junior colleagues, and ensure regulatory compliance within

• Extensive experience in Adult Social Care at a senior level.
• Post-qualifying experience in social work.
• Registration with Social Work England.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert case management for complex adult cases
• Offering professional leadership and guidance to team members
• Contributing to multidisciplinary team working within the integrated service
• Supporting and supervising junior colleagues
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Working across Willow Bank Lodge and Gorton Hub to provide site cover
• Working flexibly in line with the service requirements, including weekends and evenings
