Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Adults ASD Service Lead to provide strategic clinical leadership for the adult autism diagnostic pathway. The role focuses on safety, governance and service performance within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in ASD assessment, neurodevelopmental or mental health services.
• Experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, risk and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across the Adult ASD service.
• Oversee safe, high-quality diagnostic assessment and service delivery.
• Manage capacity, waiting lists, triage arrangements and service performance.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.
• Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management and quality improvement.
• Support pathway development, SOPs, audit and improvements to clinical standards.
