Job summary

Reddit is hiring a Senior Technical Solutions Manager in London to drive Reddit Ads across the region. This senior individual contributor role acts as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers, agencies, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional go-to-market teams.

You’ll lead complex investigations across campaign creation, delivery, measurement, APIs, integrations, and reporting, translating feedback into product improvements and scalable guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad technology, digital advertising, measurement, integrations, or a related customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations across Ads Manager, campaign creation, delivery, measurement, reporting, APIs, integrations, and third-party reporting discrepancies.
• Advise customers and partners as a trusted technical advisor, translating objectives into practical recommendations across implementation, measurement and troubleshooting.
• Manage escalations end to end with Product and Engineering to ensure timely resolution.
• Apply structured technical analysis using logs, data, APIs, event payloads, and reproducible test cases to isolate root causes.
