• 5-7 years of experience in community management or marketing operations, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Craft and champion the regional community strategy for EMEA, aligning with team and business goals.
• Drive iteration and scaling of the community and moderator growth playbook across key markets.
• Inspire regional teams to execute impactful programs and recruit/train local specialists.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, and safety partners to align initiatives with roadmaps.
• Gather regional insights and report results to stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional team with clear priorities and milestones.
• Own community-health and growth outcomes, including KPI progression and moderator coverage.
