Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to drive Reddit Ads success in the London region. This senior individual contributor will work across the Ads portfolio with a focus on app advertising technologies, acting as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers, agencies, partners, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You’ll lead investigations across campaigns, delivery, measurement, APIs, and third‑party reporting, translating feedback into product improvements and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical solutions or ad tech roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising: campaign setup, delivery, reporting, measurement, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in mobile app advertising, including SDKs, MMPs and SKAN workflows.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and technical integrations, including testing endpoints and troubleshooting access.
• Proficient in logs, data analysis and reproducible test cases for root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, XML.
• Ability to prioritise impact and communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations across Ads Manager, campaigns, reporting, APIs and third‑party reporting.
• Advise customers and partners with practical recommendations across implementation and measurement.
• Manage escalations end to end, coordinating Product and Eng. stakeholders and communicating status.
• Use logs, data and test cases to isolate root causes and distinguish configuration issues from defects.
• Influence product priorities by identifying recurring issues and regional friction points.
• Support product launches by testing advertiser workflows and assessing risks.
• Create scalable runbooks, documentation and tooling to reduce future investigations.
• Improve AI-assisted support workflows to ensure accurate outputs.
