Job summary

Crimson Education in London seeks a Senior Strategy Consultant to design personalised admissions roadmaps and advise students on UK higher education strategies.

You will work with Crimson tutors and mentors, guiding essay development, candidacy building, and interview preparation while maintaining high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a UK top university; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least three years of full-time experience supporting students into top universities.
• Experience coaching young adults and global perspectives appreciated.
• Superior planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Resilience working independently under pressure.
• Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalised admissions roadmaps and guide essays.
• Collaborate with Crimson tutors and mentors to support candidacy.
• Mentor through essay brainstorming, revisions and interview prep.
• Provide client-facing strategy and maintain high service levels.
• Lead marketing materials and seminars in local markets.
• Contribute to product and resource development.
• Document sessions and track progress in Crimson App.
• Engage with families; ensure clear communication.
