Job summary

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Senior Administrator to join our Court Work Team in the Brentwood office. This role suits someone with a strong insolvency casework foundation looking to progress their career.

You will handle a portfolio of insolvency matters, draft detailed reports, ensure deadlines are met, and collaborate across teams. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to train others and develop technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency case management systems (e.g. IPS).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies, IVAs, liquidations and CVLs.
  • Draft high-quality reports and statutory documents in line with insolvency legislation, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate within a team, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Explain and produce various insolvency financial statements.
  • Train others and share knowledge on technical matters.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulators.
  • Oversee asset realisation strategies to maximise recoveries.
  • Monitor fee drawdowns and align with creditor resolutions.
  • Contribute to internal training and process improvements.

Role overview

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and technically proficientSenior Administrator to join our Court Work Team in the Brentwood office. This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in insolvency casework, looking to progress their career further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies, complex individual voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations and creditor voluntary liquidations.
  • Draft high-quality reports and statutory documents in line with insolvency legislation, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Be able to work in a team, delegating both upwards and downwards depending on the task
  • Ability to understand, explain and produce various insolvency financial statements
  • Be able to train others as well as showing a good understanding of technical matters
  • Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee asset realisation strategies and ensure recoveries are maximised
  • Monitor fee drawdowns and ensure alignment with creditor resolutions
  • Contribute to internal training, process improvement, and technical updates
