Job summary

FRP Advisory seeks a proactive Senior Administrator for our Court Work Team in Brentwood. You will support insolvency casework, draft statutory documents, and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.

You will play a key role in asset realisations, liaising with directors, creditors and legal advisors while contributing to team training and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Insolvency knowledge and case experience are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insolvency case management (e.g. IPS).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • UK insolvency legislation and procedures understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies and liquidations.

Job Description
Role overview

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Senior Administrator to join our Court Work Team in the Brentwood office. This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in insolvency casework, looking to progress their career further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies, complex individual voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations and creditor voluntary liquidations.
  • Draft high-quality reports and statutory documents in line with insolvency legislation, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Be able to work in a team, delegating both upwards and downwards depending on the task
  • Ability to understand, explain and produce various insolvency financial statements
  • Be able to train others as well as showing a good understanding of technical matters
  • Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee asset realisation strategies and ensure recoveries are maximised
  • Monitor fee drawdowns and ensure alignment with creditor resolutions
  • Contribute to internal training, process improvement, and technical updates

Qualifications
  • Relevant insolvency professional qualifications preferred
  • Relevant case experience essential
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency case management systems (e.g. IPS)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
