Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits in Bristol. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role involves advising clients on insured benefits such as Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, and Critical Illness, offering a great opportunity to advance your career with a leading professional services firm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the consulting team with data gathering, organization, entry, and analysis for client projects.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
  3. Handle client and member queries via verbal and written communication, adhering to service level agreements.
  4. Promote continuous improvement within your team and location.
  5. Maintain and develop technical and market knowledge.
  6. Perform quality checks on colleagues' work.
  7. Participate in client meetings as needed.
  8. Serve as a technical resource and training support for colleagues.
Requirements:
  1. Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  4. Strong numerical skills.
