About the RoleThis is a varied and rewarding administrative role at the heart of a busy, dynamic office. You’ll be working closely with consultants and candidates, ensuring that our operations are efficient, compliant, and seamless.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the compliance process by collecting and verifying documents for education staff
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate files in line with safeguarding requirements
Liaising with candidates to ensure vetting paperwork is completed quickly and accurately
Supporting payroll processes to help ensure timely, correct payments for temporary workers
General administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, filing, and responding to email queries
Providing day-to-day support to the recruitment team to ensure excellent service delivery
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of data protection and confidentiality
Comfortable working with systems, databases, and spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills - confident speaking with both candidates and colleagues
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Previous experience in compliance, admin, or payroll (desirable but not essential)
A supportive and friendly team environment in a central Liverpool office
