You will work as part of a team, using initiative to meet service targets and support the Business Manager across Recovery College and Managing Emotions Programme.

• Oversee day-to-day workload of Band 2 admins and supervise Band 3 admin when needed.
• Provide confidential, professional admin support to the Recovery College.
• Schedule face-to-face and virtual courses; liaise with external venues.
• Record data accurately; monitor workload and promote data quality.
• Support recruitment processes for Band 3 admin vacancies.
• Assist Business Manager with admin function across Recovery College & Managing Emotions Programme.
