Job summary

The service runs 24/7 with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on timely assessment, decision-making and safe patient flow from ED and clinics.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration essential.
• Delivers nursing care to a high standard per Trust policies.
• Evidence of ability to take charge in the absence of the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAFE, PERSONAL and EFFECTIVE patient care daily.
• Provide daily clinical and managerial leadership to nursing staff.
• Support ward/unit manager and ensure efficient running of the unit.
