Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to plan, organise and deliver a varied programme for our residents. You will use your communication skills and creativity to inform families and keep residents engaged, informed and uplifted each day.

You will work as part of our care team, delivering a lively schedule, building meaningful connections with residents, relatives and staff, and ensuring activities run smoothly across a 24/7 home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good computer and organisational skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK (age 18+) and undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities for residents.
• Inform families about activities via newsletters and emails.
• Maintain social media updates for the home.
• Work with the care team to stimulate, entertain and uplift residents.
