Overview:

Tikelt is on a mission to reshape peer-to-peer payments across emerging markets. As a fintech startup committed to user experience, transparency, and security, we are building a sleek and reliable digital payment platform from the ground up. We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to take charge of our acquisition funnel, from app downloads to onboarding and early-stage app usage. In this pivotal role, you will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid social, influencer, referral, app store, campus marketing), identify high-performing user segments, tailor creative assets accordingly, collaborate closely with product and design teams to test onboarding flows, app store content, and growth loops, analyze campaign and channel data to inform future strategies and enhance conversion efficiency, monitor CPA, CAC, ROAS, and install-to-activation metrics across all campaigns, and coordinate with brand, CRM, and content teams to ensure acquisition campaigns drive long-term retention and value.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Funnel Management: Own the performance of the acquisition funnel, ensuring seamless user journeys from app download through onboarding and early-stage app activity.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, influencer marketing, referral programs, app store promotion, and campus marketing.
  • User Segmentation and Creative Customization: Identify high-performing user segments and tailor creative assets to meet their preferences and needs.
  • Collaboration with Product and Design Teams: Work closely with product and design teams to test and refine onboarding flows, app store content, and growth loops.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign and channel data to inform future strategies and improve conversion efficiency.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, and install-to-activation rates across all campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with brand, CRM, and content teams to ensure acquisition campaigns align with long-term retention and value goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing for a consumer app or fintech brand.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving app installs and usage conversion across mobile-first channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of channel performance metrics and mobile analytics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, and influencer acquisition funnels.
  • Mindset: Analytical thinking combined with strong creative instincts, knowing what performs well and how to test it.
  • Adaptability: A fast-moving, test-and-learn mindset with experience in startups or early-stage growth environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with referral programs, rewards-based acquisition, or student ambassador programs.
  • Experience launching in emerging markets or university segments.
  • Background in fintech, social payments, or Gen Z-focused apps.
