Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to lead the primary care team within the integrated prison healthcare service. The post is a senior clinical leadership role on the Senior Leadership Team, working with GPs and psychiatrists in a secure setting and focusing on primary care interventions, clinical audit and staff development.

You must hold an accredited Masters-level advanced clinical practice qualification (level 7) and V300 prescribing.

Qualifications

• Accredited Masters-level advanced clinical practice (level 7) required.
• V300 independent prescriber.
• Right to work documents and overseas checks as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the primary care team and support senior leadership with day-to-day operations.
• Deliver quality primary care interventions to patients in custody.
• Lead the integrated prison healthcare service and develop models of care.
• Strategically audit, evaluate and innovate within the service.
• Provide expert clinical leadership with trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
• Oversee long-term conditions management and health promotion.
• Develop supervision, training and annual appraisals for the team.
