Job summary

iMultiply is seeking an Accounts Senior to manage a vibrant SME portfolio, preparing statutory accounts, management reports, and tax computations in line with UK standards. You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver proactive, efficient service and meet key deadlines.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in practice and a strong grasp of tax rules, UK GAAP/FRS102, and accounting software, including Excel. On-site role in central Scotland with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/AAT qualification or QBE.
• Competent in preparing FRS102 and UK GAAP limited company accounts.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and workload management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports in line with UK GAAP, FRS102, and IFRS.
• Draft corporation and personal tax computations, liaising with HMRC and clients.
• Support month-end, year-end, and statutory audit processes.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
