Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Nottingham seeks a Senior Accountant to Client Manager to manage a private-client portfolio with high levels of autonomy. The role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working, and a friendly, supportive team.

You will handle year-end accounts, Corp Tax, VAT, and Companies House filings for a mix of smaller businesses and private clients. We welcome applicants who can take ownership of client relationships and deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services

Qualifications

• Manage own portfolio of clients and provide accounting and business services
• Prepare year-end accounts to FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A
• Prepare Corporation Tax computations and returns
• Prepare and file VAT returns
• Prepare Confirmation Statements and other Companies House filings
• Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships
• Manage your time and workflow to meet deadlines

The Role:

As a Senior Accountant to Client Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and take responsibility for your work from start to finish. The practice has a relatively flat structure and a team of predominantly experienced professionals, meaning you will be trusted to manage your own workload and client relationships with a high degree of independence.
