The Role
Reporting to Fractional CFOs and Finance Directors, the Senior Accountant will support a portfolio of 8+ clients, overseeing their month-end close and reporting processes. Key responsibilities include serving as point-of-contact for clients, managing the month end and management accounts process (with the support of a larger team of junior accountants) and providing strategic and operational insight in regard to the growth of the business.
You'll also have the opportunity to line-manage 2 junior accountants, gaining valuable leadership experience. No previous management experience required, just the eagerness to mentor!
This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to fast-track their career by working across multiple finance functions (supporting exciting, scaling businesses in tech and SaaS). Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients, and a curious, ambitious mindset are essential.
Clear pathways to progression—including to Finance Director—are available, supported by ongoing training and development.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus and competitive benefits
