A very successful consumer business is recruiting for a versatile Financial Accountant. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic team within a market leading business. The company is currently in superb growth growing organically and by acquisition. The role will be reporting up to the Senior Finance Manager.

The Financial Accountant role has varied responsibilities, with opportunities to learn and progress. The role includes preparing monthly financial statements and monthly management accounts. This includes Profit & Loss, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow statements. You will also be engaged commercially, including budgeting, and forecasting. At times, you will be working with senior stakeholders and non-finance departments, which will include involvement in a variety of projects. This role will manage one person.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), someone with attention to detail and a collaborative approach to work. This role would equally suit a candidate who is either straight from practice or from industry. Experience within the consumer sector would be highly advantageous. The role will pay a competitive basic salary and be based in Central London with hybrid working (3 days in the office).
