Job summary

MCS Group are partnering with a well-established Northern Ireland organisation to recruit a Senior Accountant to join the finance function in Banbridge. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role focuses on management accounts, project reporting and commercial decision-support.

You will lead monthly reporting, partner with stakeholders, oversee payroll sign-off across multi-jurisdictional teams, and drive automation of management reporting.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong financial accounting, analytical and commercial skills.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management experience.
• Strong IT and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and monthly reporting for projects.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Business partner with key stakeholders across the business.
• Review and sign off multi-jurisdictional payrolls ;
• Lead the development, enhancement, and automation of management reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance controls and systems.
