United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead a team delivering timely financial analysis and expert accounting guidance across the business.

You will coordinate financial planning across multiple budgets, support operational managers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure policy compliance while developing finance professionals. A strong background in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and the ability to obtain required security clearance are essential.

Formación

• Experience providing financial support to operational managers.
• Strong knowledge of operational and commercial finance.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Unit4 Business World is a bonus).
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (UK residency for 5 years).
• Qualified / QBE member ACCA or CIMA (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate timely, insightful financial analysis to monitor performance against targets.
• Coordinate financial planning across multiple budgets and planning horizons.
• Provide cost centre / management accounting services through a team of accountants.
• Partner with operations to identify risks/opportunities and implement action plans.
• Deliver continuous improvement in the finance function and area.
