Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Completion of corporation tax and personal tax returns
• Reviewing and mentoring junior team members
• Managing and developing long-standing client relationships
• Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the firm

The Ideal Senior Accountant Will Have:

• ACA / ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Previous experience in a similar Senior Accountant role within a practice setting
• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
