Reed Practice is partnering with a modern, expanding independent general practice firm to recruit a Senior Accountant. The role involves preparing statutory accounts, client liaison, and supporting junior staff within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Preparing periodic statutory accounts for a range of clients and companies (UK regulations/standards).
• Partner with stakeholders, advising on queries and maintaining relationships.
• Support and review work of Assistant Accountants and Trainees.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalise statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Assist with management accounts and VAT returns.
• Aid with corporate and personal tax calculations.
