Senior Accountant / Client Manager job opportunity based near Harpenden

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of clients independently.
2. Supervise a team member, review their work, and ensure standards and deadlines are met.
3. Assist with onboarding new clients and support the firm's growth.
4. Meet with clients to discuss tax planning strategies and provide professional advice.

Candidate Requirements

1. ACCA/ACA qualified; finalists considered.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a public accountancy practice.
3. Experience managing and reviewing junior team members.
4. Experience with Xero and Dext; TaxCalc experience is a plus but not required.
5. Organised, proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn and progress.
