Job Description:

A market-leading Build to Rent platform is looking for a Senior Client Reporting Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting for institutional investors. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where technical accuracy meets commercial delivery.

What you'll be doing:

1. Producing monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis)
2. Managing investor relationships and presenting financial performance
3. Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS
4. Driving process improvement and reporting automation

What we're looking for:

1. ACA/ACCA qualified with 3-5 years' PQE
2. Strong Excel and reporting system skills
3. Experience in real estate or a client reporting environment
