A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Helston is searching for a Senior Accountant and General Practice Manager to join their team. The opportunity provides excellent progression prospects, managing a wide-ranging client portfolio overseeing a mouldable mix of accounts, audit, tax and advisory services building client relationships as well as developing and supporting the wider team and working with partners as a key addition.

Description

Joining as Senior Accountant and General Practice Manager based in their Helston offices you will manage the delivery of wide ranging services to a varied client portfolio providing year end accounts, tax and wider compliance services. You will manage client relationships and deliver wider advisory focused delivery on project work working with clients right across the range in turnover size and sector. Alongside this you will be supported by a wider team and play a key role in developing, supporting, mentoring and managing this team. You will carve an influential role in this successful, growing firm of independent accountants with a clear route to progress on offer as well for those with ambitions to develop beyond a managerial position in the medium term and longer term.

Profile

For this Senior Accountant and General Practice Manager role you will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA/AAT/ATT etc qualified with a career background within accountancy practice. Your experience will have been developed across the mix of year end accounts, tax, audit etc and you will be skilled at all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients. You will have developed your career to at least the Senior Accountant and/or, Managerial levels and be looking for a challenging, new career move where you can help develop this office, team and carve a successful long term career move.

Job Offer

Circa £40,000 - £50,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
