The partners and managers are looking for an experienced, technically competent Accounts Senior who can be supported in taking on increasing responsibilities and development.

Job Description

As an Accounts Senior, you will be based in the firm's Bristol office. The role requires delivering accounts preparation from start to review stages, along with bookkeeping, VAT, tax, and general practice services for a varied client base. Experience preparing accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax for clients ranging from sole traders to small and medium-sized companies below the audit threshold is essential. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Preparing tax computations.
• Providing bookkeeping services.
• Completing quarterly VAT returns.

Building client relationships and progressing within the firm are encouraged.

The Successful Applicant

You may be AAT qualified and/or part ACCA with at least 2 years of experience within an accountancy practice. Hands-on experience in accounts preparation, tax, VAT, and bookkeeping is required. You should be seeking career growth within a leading Bristol firm.
