Job Description

The role involves managing the month-end close process, preparing and posting general ledger (GL) journal entries, ensuring data integrity, performing account reconciliations, managing accruals, reviewing variances, and supporting financial reporting and audits. The candidate will also assist with integration of acquired companies' financials, calculating royalty income and commissions, and generating detailed reports.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. At least 2 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in consumer products or pharmaceutical industry
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Understanding of revenue recognition accounting
5. Knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro experience a plus)
6. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
7. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively
8. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred
