• Senior Accountant (Practice) – Royal Leamington Spa

Responsibilities

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of SME clients, lead the compliance team, and support the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services. Your role includes reviewing complex accounts, coaching junior team members, and influencing department strategy.

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years in UK practice
• Confident, positive communicator who enjoys helping clients
• Experienced with SMEs and cloud accounting (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and people-focused
