We’re hiring a commercially minded Senior Accountant to join our high-growth finance business in Manchester. With expansion underway and a move to larger offices on the horizon, this hands-on role offers a direct route to Finance Director for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage all day-to-day finance operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations)
2. Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
3. Oversee high-volume transactions and internal commission structures
4. Deliver insights and forecasts to support strategic decisions
5. Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance
