Main Responsibilities:

1. Preparing complex accounts and tax returns for both limited and unincorporated entities, overseeing client compliance requirements tailored to each department, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and tax planning.
2. Supporting managers with workflow and deadlines, ensuring client tasks are completed efficiently, and understanding client and departmental needs to potentially advance to management roles.
3. Assisting team members and junior staff with their workflow and development, sharing expertise and building trust within the team.
4. Leading client management efforts to foster strong relationships, liaising with internal and external specialists to address evolving needs, especially within the healthcare sector.
5. Taking the lead on cloud-based software initiatives to support migration efforts, including conducting training sessions for staff and clients to maximize software benefits, especially in preparation for Making Tax Digital.
