A digital accountancy practice with a passion for tech, based in the Kings Langley area of Hertfordshire, is recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Senior Accountant to join their vibrant and dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Overview

As a Senior Accountant, you will support the delivery of accountancy, tax, and business support services to a portfolio of SME clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members
• Preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, and CIS returns
• Initial year-end review for statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns
• Preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns
• Managing client deadlines and assisting the team in prioritising workloads
• Responding to technical accounting and finance queries from team and clients
• Serving as a friendly point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses
• Engaging in continued professional development to learn new skills and enhance technical knowledge
