ThePlaceToBe is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to nurture key client relationships and lead the delivery of social, influencer and digital campaigns from brief to final execution.

In a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting, you will manage a portfolio of brands, ensure campaigns run on time and on budget, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an agency environment
• A strong background delivering social, influencer, and digital campaigns
• Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A strategic and commercially minded approach, with a passion for growing accounts and delivering results

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming the go-to contact across key accounts
• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
• Working closely with internal teams to bring social, influencer, and digital campaigns to life
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value through strategic recommendations
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring exceptional client service throughout
