ThePlaceToBe is a creative agency in Leeds seeking a Creative Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns from brief to delivery. You will collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to bring ideas to life across digital, instore and wider marketing channels.

Ideally, you are an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, highly organised and capable of juggling multiple projects with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Account Executive or Account Manager roles at an agency or retail brand.
• Strong project management with budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, delivering outstanding work.

• Managing integrated marketing projects from briefing through to final delivery
• Coordinating internal creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and critical milestones to keep delivery on track
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, add value to projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences

About the role...

As a Creative Account Manager, you'll be at the centre of bringing exciting integrated campaigns to life. From the initial brief through to final delivery, you'll work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to turn ideas into brilliant work across digital, instore and wider marketing channels. You'll also play a key role in building client relationships and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll be doing day to day...
