The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in OOH media or in an experiential agency. A solid understanding of Client Services, integrating creative briefs, managing internal and external stakeholders & project management is key. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting client needs and ensuring campaign success. Being a confident presenter is key, whilst having the ability to remain calm when the flurry of briefs come in.

You will need to love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a very collaborative team so being a confident and social person with initiative and curiosity is essential!

Experience: 3-5 years of account management experience in the advertising or media industry, preferably with a focus on out-of-home media.

The Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Managing client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will work closely alongside the Account Director to develop a deeper understanding of your clients to ensure long-term success. Confidently leading meetings/calls, and presenting RTBs will be key. We are a new team within Publicis, so building trust among agencies who brief us—including Publicis Media, Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry—is essential.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support and contribute to the development of creative OOH and experiential strategies that align with client goals. Identify, plan, and help develop new business opportunities. Integrate and qualify briefs from agencies to prepare concise briefs for our Creative Team.
  • Campaign Assistance & Brief Responses: Lead on the planning, execution, and evaluation of clients' creative OOH and experiential campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and media owners) to ensure high-quality results. Ability to quickly assemble coherent responses to briefs and present them effectively to clients and agencies with support from Creative, Production, and the Account Director.
  • Managing workloads: Work at speed managing multiple briefs, supporting colleagues, and owning your workload, including timely admin and communication processes.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare budgets, manage PO requests, and ensure financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile reconciliation reports for clients, ensuring accurate planned spend.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in OOH media.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively, contribute positively, and mentor junior team members as needed.
