nThe Production Manager is responsible for managing the overall process for production of online and in-person events, streaming, marketing asset production, music and sound design, editing and the provision of professional AV expertise within the Hachette UK business.
nMedia production qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
nProven track record of delivering multimedia production, including in-person, online and hybrid events.
nHighly organised with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
nKnowledge of filming, editing, grading and delivering content and creating and commissioning visual effects.
nThe ability to project manage effectively, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative initiatives.
nProficient in Microsoft Office.
nA motivational leader, guiding the team and peers/stakeholders in the delivery of large, complex projects.
nOrganised, efficient and self-starting.
nA clear communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders from new starters to exec management.
nAble to work in fast-paced environment, prioritising and managing multiple competing deadlines.
