Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Process Automation) to develop and grow a portfolio of named accounts in the UK and across Ireland and Europe. The role requires driving orders, managing strategic relationships and delivering measurable business value across complex customer environments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, articulate Honeywell’s value, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes while travelling to customer sites and Honeywell locations as

Qualifications

• Strong solution sales experience, preferably from a technical solution remit.
• Ability to plan and execute complex sales strategies and campaigns.
• Skill at building and maintaining senior-level relationships and advising customers.
• Deep understanding of Honeywell’s value proposition and market trends.
• Effective communicator and leader, capable in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Sales Strategy: develop plans to grow and serve the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management: act as main interface with customers across levels.
