Craft in Leeds is a boutique branding and packaging agency with a 25+ year heritage. We are seeking an established Senior Account Manager to own the studio’s largest retail client, turning complex briefs into clear direction and maintaining momentum from start to finish.

You will bring deep packaging and FMCG experience with print/repro know-how and gravitas to lead the relationship independently. This role offers a 4-day week and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Real depth in packaging with substantial retail and FMCG experience.
• Print or repro knowledge is advantageous.
• Established Senior Account Manager with gravitas to lead major client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with the studio’s biggest account.
• Turn briefs into clear, actionable direction and manage schedules and budgets.
• Hold the relationship independently, guiding teams from start to finish.
