Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in Leeds is seeking a packaging designer with 3–5 years in a design or branding agency, with strong FMCG or retail packaging experience and a portfolio of real client work. You’ll bring conceptual and strategic thinking from the sketch stage and present your ideas directly to internal teams and clients, defending the thinking behind them.

You’ll work under a senior team and help develop junior designers while shaping how the studio works day to day.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a design or branding agency
• Hands-on FMCG or retail packaging experience, with a portfolio of real client work
• Fluency across Adobe CC and comfortable presenting ideas to teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and strategic packaging design from sketch stage to final presentation
• Present and defend design thinking directly to internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior designers and shape day-to-day studio practices
• Collaborate across strategy, production and client service to deliver integrated solutions
