N2O is an award-winning creative brand experience agency. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover (12 months) to grow client portfolios and deliver exceptional service from our Maidenhead/UK network.

You will manage relationships, prepare tailored proposals, and lead cross-team collaboration to hit growth targets while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Experiential and Smart Mass Sampling agency side.
• Proven track record of client development and account growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand client portfolios, supporting senior team members and identifying new business opportunities.
• Present offerings, develop proposals and contribute to pitches with clear presentations.
• Input quotes into the BMS and mentor juniors on rate cards, margins and payments.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Campaign Management to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Lead by example, mentor juniors and foster collaboration across departments.
