Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join Brands2Life’s Corporate Affairs & Responsible Business team – someone who thrives on leading high-impact briefs that positively transform our world and protect clients’ reputations.

We are a dynamic and creative team, focused on delivering first-class corporate, sustainability and public affairs advisory to clients. We create, we campaign, we counsel, we connect. From reimagining corporate strategies through to demonstrating valuable environmental and societal impact, we deliver the stakeholder confidence required to propel organisations forward. Clients include listed businesses such as Avery Dennison, Booking.com, and Eaton, renowned multinationals like Arup and Tetra Pak, alongside tech pioneers such as Adyen and SITA.

Following a series of exciting client wins, we are looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager who will support us in our next phase of growth. This is a pivotal opportunity to become part of a talented, ambitious team responsible for building corporate brands, delivering high-impact campaigns and protecting reputations when the stakes are high.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic programmes, deepening client relationships, and guiding and mentoring your teams. You will work across a range of industries, acting as a key point of contact for clients, applying your brilliant attention to detail to narratives, content and campaigns that influence multi-stakeholder audiences.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Take the lead on managing accounts day-to-day, ensuring the seamless delivery of campaign and press office activity from planning to execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and communications goals, and translate these into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing regular updates, strategic counsel, and consistently high-quality work.
  • Take responsibility for account performance, resourcing, and ensuring delivery meets expectations on time and on budget.

Media and stakeholder engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior journalists and opinion-leaders.
  • Work with AEs and your ADs to support Brands2Life’s ‘meet the media’ programme, to deepen journalist relations across the team.
  • Lead media relations activity, drawing upon your experience to craft the perfect pitch and applying your media know-how to execute sell-ins that land impactful coverage.
  • Provide mentorship and hands-on support to Account Managers and AEs, not only to deliver the job in hand but to support your colleagues as they grow and learn.
  • Play a key role in nurturing talent within the team — supporting career development, offering constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive team culture, aligned with Brands2Life’s values.

Content creation & thought leadership

  • Show the team what great written work looks like. Shape and review high-quality written content, including opinion articles, media materials, and digital copy.
  • Help shape messaging frameworks, narratives and executive visibility programmes.
  • Lead creative brainstorms and contribute to campaign innovation and cross-functional planning.

New business & agency growth

  • Support and lead on elements of new business activity, contributing ideas, drafting proposals and participating in pitches.
  • Identify and support on organic growth opportunities within your accounts.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail, brilliant organisation, ability to lead projects from start to finish, and be passionate about what you do. If that’s you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
