Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Reputation Advisory/Corporate Communications

Location: London, UK

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

This independent agency offers a full suite of advisory services to build, enhance, and protect reputation. While corporate communications is core, they also provide government communications and lobbying, crisis management, media handling, individual counsel, and financial calendar support.

Their clients include banks, retail stores, law firms, and high-profile individuals, with a culture that values less churn and more hands-on counsel, fostering a fast-paced, supportive environment with development opportunities.

The Role

Seeking someone at SAM/AD level, but strong AMs considered. Key skills include corporate communications and reputation advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations to support clients’ reputations and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as a trusted client contact, ensuring high-quality, timely work.
  • Draft content such as press releases, statements, pitches, and social media content, advising on communications strategies.
  • Conduct research using monitoring tools, distilling findings into reports and proposals.
  • Stay informed on current affairs relevant to clients’ interests.
